Ok, follow up to my long post from the other day. Formerly Evil Medication Mgr did take my request and contact my pulmonologist - met with him yesterday and I guess he got quiet an earful from my doctor so my medications are now changed to what I want them to be and I was given advice on how to safely wean off the old drug and replace it with a safer one- shouldnt be a big deal. In the end he patted me on the back and said Good research kiddo Glad I didnt give up. Sometimes you really have to fight for the right for control of your own body. Big thanks goes to my Pulmonologist Dr. Leeds. Hopefully will be able to safely drive again without worrying about falling asleep.
