Ok for anyone who is not getting help evolving anymore i did contact ludia about it last week and have had little to no help with the issue from them i decided to try and work it out for myself and i came to relise that a lot of mail gets stuck on the server so we end up with a backlog of mail newer mail coming in at the end of the Que i have found away around it i dont know for other devices but on ipad if u keep refreshing your app your mail box will refresh and eventually you will come to the mail for help with research it can be quite tedious i was doing it for 3 hours but end result im getting my help again with evolution.Anyway hope this helps some of you as i know people who have had this issue!
