Ok for those of you that are following this weight loss and journey of mine here is an update. I want going to post numbers because quite frankly it was embarrassing. I didnt want anyone to know How overweight I was. Im not sure why I think it would surprise anyone that had ever saw me. So I was embarrassed to say I needed to loose a hundred pounds. We yesterday was the months post operation and Im happy to report I have lost 70 lbs. Yes that means I still have thirty or even forty more to lose, but Im happy with my progress. This has been about a five or six month journey so far and it its just the beginning of a very long journey of a healthy life. I could not have done this without the love and support of my family and friends! Thank you for your support and prayers and please continue to keep me in them!
