Ok friends.. I am so excited for our Strut Your Mutt dog walk THIS SATURDAY.... If you didnt sign up yet... no worries. Just come on out Saturday morning... registration begins at 7:30am. The cost is $20 per walker (people walkers)... dogs and kids under 13 are free. We will walk RAIN or SHINE... so dont be afraid of getting wet. Unless, the weather conditions are in some way dangerous (lightning or tornados... blizzards etc) we will walk. Wear rain gear. We will provide water and a light snack. We will have a few guest speakers.... Amber Baker of JUST LISTEN communication based dog training will give us some pointers on walking in a crowd of other dogs and people... leash manners... etc. Dr. Amy Amy Cox Tyler will give us a vet perspective about things you should think about when starting an exercise program with your dog. Yoga At Tiffanys Norman will do a little yoga stretch to start us out in a peaceful place. Sereta will give silly commentary and guide us on a leisure paced walk to Brookhaven Park where Karen Gorman from The Health Club will give us a little mini bootcamp in the park. We will return to The Sparkly Spot for some stretch basics from STRETCH U. All money goes to Annies Rescue Foundation and will provide medical care, spay and neuter surgeries, food, and ongoing care for our 8 rescue dogs in our care. We appreciate your support.
