Ok going public with this one. Our pastor, Pastor Steve Morgan, is in need of some serious prayer. So prayer warriors and friends please start praying now. He had a gall bladder attack last week and there was and issue during surgery. He was sent to another hospital to be operated on the only surgeon in the area who could repair the damage done to his small intestine and liver. he went home yesterday and we all thought he was on his way. he has been readmitted to the hospital here and is in icu. he is septic and it is affecting his lung. They will be operating in the morning. Please pray for his wife and kids. we have known them for 25 years. He was Johns youth pastor and helped us get through those teen years. He recently performed our recommitment ceremony, they have been our friends not just our pastor but our friend. He was a mentor to us teaching us how to work with kids. He has a childs passion for fun, is caring and loved by so many. he is always there at moments notice. If you are going through a rough time he is always there to listen, advise and care. Katie his wife has had to sacrifice and share this wonderful man with so many others keep her in your prayers that she get the rest she needs, ask for help when she needs it, surround her with Gods comfort in knowing He has this one. Pray for his mom and dad who feel helpless knowing all they can do is pray, which is probably the best thing he needs, but still a parent hurts 10 times more then the child hurts knowing they cannot take away the pain. Steve is the man, father, husband and friend he is today because of these wonderful people. Pray for his kids who love their father as their father but are also able to call him friend. they too have had to share him with so many others. Ok start praying.
