Ok.. got a weird issue at work and wondering if anyone knows how to handle this one... one of our employees is on medical leave for a very serious illness.. we are praying he comes back to us but we really dont know if he will :( Anyways.. there is some psycho bill collector that has been hounding him for a while. This guy has a foreign accent.. apparently collection agencies outsource..and blocks his number when he calls. When he calls(now daily) he asks for this person and when doesnt get to talk to him he literallyblows up our phone lines. He has found a way to repeatedly loop dialing our number and does this for an hour straight... no one can call in... so our customers cant get through, no one can. The phone just rings continuously. The phone company hasnt been of any help because it is offshore and untraceable.. it is ridiculous. Sometimes this a-hole will blow up the phone lines three or four Times a day.. any ideas on how to block this jerk? I have resorted to telling him that driver was fired and he responds with enjoy my phone calls and dials repeatedly. I get that he wants to be paid, we all do, but that kind of harassment is ridiculous.
