Ok great news. I like the plastic surgeon and love my health insurance for covering it. This feels like something out of a sci-fi movie. Stepping in to the next century unlike the stitches I got in 2006 they are going to be using Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) since the cancer doesnt look to be deep and enough of my skin area is covered. Its pretty neat, I go back in tomorrow after work and theyre going to zap my skin with this light laser and no scarring or side effects other than looking pretty sun burned. Then check on that area in 3 months. The lymph nodes got biopsy again and due to their size and growth they feel and are leaning to Lymphadenitis an infection of the lymph nodes that can take weeks to months to cure. They did blood culture to check my bacteria levels. Of course they didnt want to get my hopes up but theyre feeling positive about. They also wanted to point out Lymphadentitis can go septic so I should watch my fever closely. Heres to another round of antibiotics. Again waiting on the biopsy results and hoping for a negative result this time.
