Ok guys, The CrossFit Open has just launched. This year, not only will they have an RX division, but also a scaled one. So there will be no exceptions. I want to see every single member of CrossFit Felix registered for this event. Whether you can do all of the movements or not, this will be an amazing experience for everyone. Felix is a Team, a Family, and I want us all to do this together as one. Visit games.crossfit/, on the top right hand corner you will see a link that says, REGISTER HERE, and get your butt registered. One final note... Don’t forget to register for CrossFit Felix.
