Ok guys as we were saying last night about how correct form and posture is is a fundamental staple in any type of training and knowing your limits by not letting your ego overrule what doesnt feel right. This is a video of a guy Kevin Ogar a crossfit athlete who severed his spine performing an Olympic lift. It is a terrible accident to have happened to somebody who was doing something they loved and you have to admire this guy as he is already back training staying motivated. But again it goes to show how important the correct form and posture is when performing these exercises to keep the correct and safe alignment of your spine
