Ok guys this is just my opinion. ...Chapman hwy is dangerous. .if you are occupied by something else...I have lost 7 friends in Chapman hwy accidents since 1976. ...I was first on a accident of a horrible wreck and feel like I helped 2 or 3 people from dying. ..THIS IS OUR PROBLEM. ..TEXTING.......every time you see someone on their phone...lay on your horn and point them out.....it may save their lives or my wife and sons....lets start a campaign...toots against texting. .call them out..it may be your family I saved by doing this...please repay by doing the same
