Ok guys we have a model war waging currently for the storm that will move through next weekend. The Euro insists on bringing in some type of wintery precipitation, either snow, sleet, or freezing rain. The GFS believes this low pressure will move through middle Tennessee and surface temps will only produce rain. I am still uncertain as to which solution will come true, but at this current moment I tend to side with the Euro because it has consistently shown this look all weekend. If this were to fall as all snow we could be looking at some nice totals, but once again we will be battling marginal surface temps that hoover around freezing. The models should have a better handle on this solution by around Wednesday, but I will keep you updated on the possibility here. When things look more certain I will post a large update on Ashevillewx, but I have been pretty busy lately and am not sure if I will have internet over the next few days where I am working, so check back later for a more detailed update!
