Ok, had a conversation with this lady who bought a car from Clayton Auto Sales (Clinton Hwy). She was sold a lemon and is looking for recourse to take against them. She bough the car on July 5th and the vehicle has over $1,500 worth of issues. We checked the TN lemon laws and they were for new cars. She is checking into an attorney, but in the meantime, I told her to make her a picket sign and post up EVERY Weekend to discourage others from buying a car and to take $$$ out of these toke the note vampires pockets. What would you suggest?
