Ok had a great day! Went to give back whats been so freely given to me and of course got a Shot of Hope too. Then went to go over my step work with my incredible sponsor whos guiding me on this incredible journey. Through doing this step I realized that the only person Im hurting is myself if I hold resentments because the people who Im resenting have no clue how I feel. I dont have to hold onto the past I can let go. My past is exactly that my past, I dont have to bring that stuff into the here and now. I see where I need to work on myself and accept that Im not perfect in fact Im perfectly imperfect and Im ok with that today. The only person Im responsible for is me. I have No control over what anyone else does. I know today that I have faith and allow my God to give me strength and guidance when I try to take my will back. Hes brought me this far so I know He will carry me, all I have to do is pray. After going over things with my sponsor I find out my Moms at the hospital and head out there. Shes ok for now but they are keeping her for observation. Gratitude man complete gratitude for this process and life Im living. Ok its been a long day going to watch a little TV then shutting it down. Good night and God bless. ♡
