Ok, had to pay Southwark over hundred quid last week for council tax going back years that they never told me about. Today I get a letter telling me that even though I paid that, theyve now adjusted it and I owe another £53.72.....sick of this!!!!! Also get a letter from the hospital about my re-referral telling me I missed the appointment so have to be re-re-referred??? I never got told about a change in appointment and was expecting to go NEXT week, not LAST week! Also tried to get an appointment yet again with my GP (bear in mind I have been in Liver and Kidney failure) and got told yet again, phone on the day...what the hell does she think I was phoning for today and repeatedly on Wednesday! Finally snapped and blew my top and she said shed get someone to call me back. They called and apparently its because I will only see one of the GPs...NOOOOOOOO!!!!! I saw another GP who said I HAD to see that one GP because she knows my complicated medical history, the others dont! Having explained this without screaming down the phone, and telling her Im in kidney and liver failure and its not a blooming cold Im calling about she made me an appointment for.....5th December!!!!!!! Really??????? MORAL OF THE STORY...... Dont go to the GP when ypure sick, make sure to only go when youre healthy, that way theres a very good chance you will live to see the day of your appointment!!!!!!! *****************RANT OVER*****************
