Ok here goes Julia Miller, 11 things many people may not know about me (though with so many friends and family on here alot of you know at least some). 1. I was born in Wooster, OH to parents who were still Amish at the time (left Amish when I was 2). 2. Before I was 6 we lived in Ohio, South Carolina, Maryland, back to Columbus OH, then Hampton, VA, then settled in Newport News VA for the next 12 years. Many people have asked me if my Dad was in the military....yes in Gods army! 3. My family moved to Mexico just before my senior year of high school to work with several childrens homes. 4. I took a year after high school to work at one of those childrens homes. 5. It was during this time that I became fluent in spaniish. No I am not hispanic nor have any Mexican blood or parents (contrary to what many people at work have thought), though my last name has been Lopez for more years than it was Anderson. 6. I went to Azusa Pacific University where I earned my Bachelors of Science in Nursing. I can never remember wanting to be anything else. 7. I was married to and divorced from the same man twice. 8.The best fruit from those years is the 3 wonderful children I have..Genesis (yes the beginning), Jonathan (born on his dads birthday), and Rebecca (my Mothers Day present in 96). 9. I have been through a least a corner of all the US states except Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, and the New England states above NY. 10. My dream and goal is to travel to Europe, Israel, South America, China, and back to Costa Rica where I spent 2 wks in college. Actually sooo many places I want to travel and see. 11. I know that God has wonderful things ahead for me and I cant wait to see what they are!
