Ok, here is a detailed list of what to expect Saturday. With the holidays coming up I will focus on things we use most for dinner parties. So easy that a clumsy country boy can do it! First we will make greek yogurt. As the yogurt makes we will make a Spreadable cheese ball. As you snack on the cheese ball and crackers with complimentary wine, which I made myself, I will demonstrate how to make butter and explain how to make your buttermilk starter. After the butter demonstration we will make Ricotta Cheese and cottage cheese. Yes we will taste and probably eat all cheeses made that day. You know me, I look for any reason to have a party! Recipes will be given to all attending plus a bonus recipe of how to make your own sweetened condensed milk! The weather will be beautiful so come join us!
