Ok here is one for the Followers of Christ... We often claim the promises of God and we recite His Word back to Him and we pray that the situation we are in will be changed. For example, Your sick, you been sick for sometime and you have been praying for healing. You have pulled out all the scriptures... by His stripes we are healed... He sent His Word and healed us... etc. etc. But, then we start to get in our mind that God is telling us NO! The condition never appears to be improving as a matter of fact if it is not one part of your body it is another! You are consumed with what is going on and yoru family and friends are tired of hearing about YOU! So, do you accept that NO? Do You Accept Maybe? Do You Accept anything besides YES? If you do than thatis the problem. ACCEPT ONLY YES when it comes to a promsie of God... (If you are living according to Gods Word)! God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? Numbers 23:19. For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us. 2 Corinthians 1:20. But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. Psalms 107:20 For with God nothing shall be impossible. Luke 1:37 And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God. Luke 18:27 Do any of those sound like a NO? a Maybe? It is time that we as Christians start entering the throne room of God boldly washed in the Blood of Jesus and soakingin the favor of our God! Then not leave without an answer to our prayers! EDIT: Let me say that this is conditional on the fact are you living the Word. Are you in the Word of God (Ps.1) Are you Listening and doing the Word of God? Are You Seekign and Serving God with you whole heart adn being? If no, well then No may very well be the response your going to get!
