Ok, here is where I was wrong. Someone please correct me..... Spending appx. $400 in gas (most of which will be reimbursed) and about 40 hours driving seemed more feasible to me than $800 on a plane ticket (of which none is reimbursed) only to spend about 3 hours flying and a couple hours in lay overs. In my opinion, if idiot #1, instead of passing the gossip of assumption to idiot #2 who, in turn, passed to idiots #3,4 and who knows how many others, would have just asked the simple question to begin with; "Do you think it was wise to spend what you did and are by the time you are done, as compared to a plane ticket?" then the question could have been answered and explained why I think I was right to begin with. But, since I am dealing with people who like to gossip and condemn at any given opportunity, guess I should have expected as much. However, if I AM wrong, which I do not see where I am, please correct me.......
