Ok, here we go. Our home school charter in CA is now requiring iReady assessments for the beginning and end of the school year. From what Ive learned so far, these are adaptive, online assessments given to the children in step with Common Core Standards. I have contacted PJI inquiring as to if the opt out form would protect us from this type of testing due to the data mining aspect and will let everyone know what Im told. This has gotten disgusting, as they are now coming at us from all sides and angles. Im sick to my stomach. If anyone has any input it would be greatly appreciated. -Kimberly
