Ok.. heres the Intro to my book... I wont be posting anymore about it after this but here is the Intro... The Lights in the lab where Eloy worked began to flicker. The bulbs around the test room had already blown. Eloy stared, almost frozen, as the walls of the test room began to vibrate violently. He could feel the electromagnetic field eminating from the craft inside. It has to work this time! He thought as the adrenaline began to feel his viens. He was at full attention. Carl, the lead engineer, began to shout, We are losing structural integrity! You have to shut it down! His voice muffled by the intense emf resonating from the craft. Metalic objects began to rise and levitate all around the lab. Time seemed to slow for Eloy as the extreme emf disrupted his neuron receptors in his brain. He had to see it! Had to observe! He stared, unblinking, as the craft, his masterpiece, began to rise off the testroom floor. A wave of energy expanded outward from the craft as it began to flicker in and out of perception. Was he really see this? Was it really happening? Suddenly it dropped into final phase. A massive wave of energy expanded outward knocking everyone backward a couple steps, shattering the bulletproof glass surrounding the test room. The glass hovered, suspended as if frozen in time. A loud baritone hum filled the building as the testroom walls began breaking apart and suspending in mid air. The baritone hum began to rise higher and higher in frequency until it faded. Simultaneously a bright almost blinding flash resonated out, and the craft disappeared from site. Where did it go? Eloy thought. What happened to it? Looking around he suddenly came back into reality. Everyone was looking with blank, confused eyes at the test room. He SLAMMED the master override kill switch down! Everything that had previously been suspended dropped quickly to the ground. As the glass from the test room windows began to fall to the floor, Eloy saw a wave of energy collapse inward as the craft reappeared. The baritone hum returned and was winding down as the craft began to lower towards the test room floor. The 1000s of coils surrounding the inner shell beneath the Graphene outer hull began powering down. The craft gently sat itself down and sat motionless. All eye were now on Eloy. No one spoke a word as they were all replaying the scenario through their head, trying to make sense of it. Eloy too had a million thought flying through his mind. Carl walked up to him, extending his hand. As they shook hands Carl smiled and said Good job sir! You did it! WE did Carl. We all did. But we have a lot more work to do! Just then, the laboratory doors FLEW open as armed soldiers quickly surrounded the room. Colonel Beekam walked in, eyes set directly on Eloy. This project is now under authority of the United States Air Force and is here forward CLASSIFIED! All records, files, equipment, and personnel are now under U.S.A.F. authority! He fixed his eye directly on Eloy. Pointing at him he exclaimed You! Come with me! We need to talk!
