Ok, i really must be stupid, i must be missing sumpin? Welcome insight!? If you currently have health insurance, and you are happy with what you have, why would you be so anti ACA? Nobody is going to lose what they currently have? Youre welcome to keep your current insurance. This new law is really forcing only those who have zero insurance to purchase some.It is designed to keep insurance companies from refusal to cover or charging too high a premium for coverage. Its also designed to make big bosses give employees some coverage. Granted, its got bugs, it needs tweeking. Bottom line is this, if you currently have insurance you probably dont have a dog in this race. The ones who this law applies to are only those who are currently without insurance. Truthfully, thinking about it, this law should make everyone elses(currently insured) premium go down? The current premiums are high due to covering for those without insurance? If everyone has some insurance, the the cost should go down per person.logically? If your insurance is going up, then i suggest you contact your state insurance board, as id suspect fraud on the part of your insurnce company. It seems logically the only people who should be concerned with purchasing insurance are those who have none. Logically, if it doesnt mean you, then whats your complaint? Its not costing you a dime? Anyone who has ever had a sick child and didnt have insurance knows this law could be the difference in being sick and being seen or waiting til that child is extremely sick and needs an ER. Really, think about? I have, ive been there and done that. Sadddddd!
