Ok it has been a long road coming, and I owe everyone working on the One Love Herues project an enormous hug of epic proportions. Alexander Matthews you are an angel:). The Blessing is: we are partnering with active campus organizations and community-based organizations to make One Love a unilateral Peoples movement at Howard University!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is definitely a big step for us. Because of working in this different capacity, we had to definitely work off of the campus schedule and availability of One Love-appropriate space (where kids can play, folks can set up tables). There are enormous blessings of partnering with campus orgs and only a few hangups of having the opportunity to do it on-campus. One of which meant we had to move the date to the day before on Saturday November 23rd from 3 - 5, the day after Sanaa Project, to have it in a kid-friendly location. I certainly hope this doesnt inconvenience anyone too much; it will be an amAzing day for eVeryone. Weve been working really hard to bring you this. PLEASE change your calendars to Saturday Nov 23rd 3-5 at the Blackburn Ballroom West, as I will be changing all of the flyers, eventbrite, and emails/messages.
