Ok its Tuesday, glad to see you, short week lol. Ok you know the the stars and the moon aligned and your in for a totally awesome day when! Your home alarm goes off at 4am. Both you and your wife wake up happy! Your shopping day is Tuesday, so you try a new creation for breakfast. Shredded wheat, yogurt, natural peanut butter and banana in a bowl! It tasted awesome! Throw in a black coffee and a double protein shake, totally ready for a great gym workout. Yes I am upbeat, I finally had 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep, but waking up at 4am sucks lol! Today its all about making the most out of what you got! It beats the hell out of sweating, complaining and whining about what I dont have. Embrace the day, make the most out it. Dictate how your day is going to start, its better then letting something small dictate how you feel. Chase your goals and dreams, start today! Stop lying to yourself, cut the bs, drop the excuses, lose the procrastination, Just Do It! Want it go get! Otherwise shut up lol and move on! A diet or a fitness goal isnt something you do until somebody says lets have chicken wings and beer, its a lifestyle change, hard work! You have to truly want change in order to make change. Mo F ing Gainz time for this guy! Enjoy this day! Youll never get these 24 hours back, make them count!
