Ok , let me tell you what I learned today after wasting 4 hours!! After 2 AT&T techs , 2 Apple techs, 2 visits to the AT&T store and 2 trips to cousins house to borrow computer to get online.... It still took a teenager to fix Chucks locked down IPhone 4S.!!!! Thank you TJ!! Make sure you have a password to get in your phone if you dont now! Luckily he has only had this phone a couple of weeks because it had to be put in recovery mode which means wiped out and start at new! I would cry if it was mine ..apps , pics, info I store!! Glad it is over!!
