Ok lets set the record straight here on a couple of items... First..if youre on a weight loss program and are losing more that 2-3 pounds a week..STOP BECAUSE IT IS CAUSING YOU TO LOSE LEAN BODY MASS and may damage your metabolism in the long run... Second....if your weight loss plan revolves around taking supplements..STOP youre wasting your money and could be damaging your health..while Im not anti supplement I DO NOT ADVOCATE this type of program..and yes I could make a Ton of money selling that stuff but my reputation is worth far more than a few extra bucks... Third....if you are going to compete please..please..please LEARN HOW TO POSE!!!!!! Ok thats all for now #commonsenseprep #teamlean
