Ok, lets talk about progress. How many of you can say you’re actually achieving it? If not, then why not? We see so many people doing the same exercises with the same weight week after week, and guess what!?…They still look exactly the same. Log your workouts and actually push yourself in the gym. You don’t have to be making big changes! Remember, slow progress is better than no progress.
