Send me a PM if you do not have his info.: Professional Culinarian, $75.00: Any Executive Chef, Pastry Chef, Culinary Educator or Executive Sous-Chef who has held a supervisory position for a minimum of 1 continuous year and has been employed full time for three years in the food industry. Culinarian, $55.00: Any cook or pastry cook that is not in a supervisory level that has held this position for at least 6 months of full time employment. Student Culinarian, $35.00: Any cook or pastry cook that is currently an Apprentice, Student or Intern attending a post secondary Culinary school or program Junior Culinarian, $25.00: Any High School Level Student between the ages of 16 and 18 years of age interested in pursuing culinary arts. Senior/Lifetime Member, $50.00: Only applies to retiring CHEFS that have been a Member for 10 years. Allied, $75.00: An individual employed in a field related to the culinary profession (Dietitian, Nutritionist, F & B manager, Restaurant manager or Owner, etc.) Associate; $250.00: A representative of a group, purveyor, company or corporation providing products or services to the culinary profession. Culinary Enthusiast, $75.00: Any person of the non-food professional community that has a passion for the culinary arts.
