Ok my I am on my Third 90 Day Challenge and I have hit my Target Weight of 220Lbs while keeping body fat under 14% Next 90 Days will be to stay at 220 and go to 12% bodyfat or adding 4.4 pounds more of lean muscle. Feeling very strong again but always limited by old injuries in conjunction extreme pain of grade 4 Arthritis. Most of us are after age 50 suffer some a host of maladies so text me and lets look at yours and possibilities to train around them I will be 53 in July and I hope to be in the top percentage of 50+ year old men in the US as far as physiological profiles. My Goal is to HELP others as we age to stop feeding on Garbage Foods and increase our health. I still eat Ice-Cream and have an occasional Hamburger as a Treat just like I did when I was young. Trouble is Today the "treat" has become our staple diet and our bodies show the destruction. In box me and lets discuss!
