Ok, need some advice!! I lost 4.6 pounds last week by keeping my calories around 1400 and my carbs around 50-60 per day and walking on treadmill each day. I did the same exact thing this week with the calorie count, carb count and walking everyday. Tonight at weigh-in I was up 1 pound!! The only thing I can think of was we ate smoked pork chops last night and eating almonds and cashews.....could it just be the sodium??? It has to be the sodium!! I am not hungry and I feel wonderful each day.....but VERY frustrated today! Tips/suggestions appreciated! #stillgot40off
