Ok night timers Im calling on you to help me cheer mamma Tracy up. As you know we have been negotiating to buy this latest property for our new forever since the beginning of the year. Today we got the call that the seller would drop the price, we got all excited then not longer than 30 minutes we received another call that someone else is putting in an offer through another estate agent :( So mamma Tracy went from excitement to sadness in 30 mins :( We are still in with a shot if we are willing to take a chance that we can raise R200k in the next month but we are kind of hoping for a miracle
