Ok, not gonna lie. OUCH from my workout today. Im so sore from my shoulders all the way down my back to my hamstrings. Piyo is great. It may be my new soulmate workout. Next time, Ill need to remember to warm up and stretch before the workout and add extra stretching after the workout. I dont care what you do for a workout, I just hope you move; gardening, dancing, whatever you like to do. But, your nutrition needs to be in balance too, ok? Dont work hard at burning calories only to pack them on with your food. Easy way to do that? Eat the majority of your calories from plants. No calorie counting - its simple. (Ok, I know a few of you who will comment and say potato chips come from plants. LOL Shush!) :) Hey, we all deserve a treat. Just dont think moderation is a daily practice. Get it down to a weekly practice, bi-weekly, monthly - etc. You see the pattern, right? In the meantime, I have to go stretch. Maybe Ill book a massage. :)
