Ok now here is a story. Once upon a time there was a car rental company in the land of the free and the home of the brave, whos sole purpose in life was to make money. Well on day that just happened to be this day, one of their car suddenly and without warning developed a flat tire. This poor car had no spare only a small bottle of obnoxious fluid and the tiniest little compressor. Well it huffed and it puffed but it could not inflate the tire. So stuck with only three good wheels, this brave little car rang for assistance. Low and behold the knight in shining armour on the other end of the phone had the answer. ( send out a tyre repair man I hear you say) but no the answer which made most sense to the good knight was to replace the whole car. Promising that the replacement car would arrive at or near to 9pm the little car waited and waited until eventually the replacement car arrived at 11pm. And the poor little car with the one flat tyre and nothing else wrong with it, was loaded onto the nice flatbed truck and driven away into the night. all in all a tale of how not to satisfy your customer who had been stranded for over 6 hours and at what cost to the company. Now I know that today was Sunday and this is a holiday weekend here but surely there must have been a tyre repair man somewhere nearby that could have just put a new tyre on this brave little car, however an interesting strategies to get a flat repaired
