Ok now the balls rolling they want me to leave Garden City an never come back I have committed no crime that would levy for me or for the people to warrant me to have to leave Garden City,Ks . I have been a long standing citizen of the community for almost 20 years I came here at 19 to play football. I have fathered children here an have had my parental rights stripped due to the actions of my ex Tammy Lynn Perez. I was given authority by judge Philip Vieux to see them after a hearing for a PFA,of which was adjudged I had an have every parental right to see an visit my children the PFA was only in place for one year there was never an extention granted. I have been put on child support but the City is black balling me because I went to the police on Tammy because of what she was involved in they wont allow me to work but they have built up a fabricated case of which they added to the penalties/fines 13mcr0290 is a fabricated case the Cunninghams know it as well as I do they r both prosecutors here in Garden City Jacob And Jennifer.
