Ok, now you can think Im nuts, but I have to say this. Lilly was coming down with a cold on Thursday. She was sneezing, had a runny nose, coughing, and congestion. I asked her if she was drinking her shake daily like we had talked about. Most times she drinks it in the morning, but she was getting into a habit of eating other breakfasts, so I told her it was her responsibility to make her shake later in the day. I asked her on Friday if she was drinking her shakes and she said that it had been a few days. Saturday and Sunday she made sure she had her shake, and she had one for breakfast this morning because I helped her. Guess what? No sign of her cold, no runny nose, no coughing, nothing! Yet another reason we all drink Shakeology in this house.
