Ok official diagnosis, now that I have stopped to read things and it sink in: CP Heart Palpitation, high sodium and cholesterol, low thyroid levels, low oxygen, and leaky valve. Treatment plan: low sodium and cholesterol diet, oxygen when in smokey rooms, in rest, or sleeping, walk, and continue other meds, and stop smoking. And if I get chest pains again, go back. And follow up with my general practitioner and cardiologist in 5-10 days. So today I have had two cigs, but for the rest of the day, I wont have one till time for bed. Tonight I will also pick up the patch.
