Ok ok Im genius! lol. Im am starting to plan weigh inns and life style change this is not a diet! Its a life style. Here is a little testimonial from our amazing Vici, who has followed my plan, and has had amazing success with it. 18b in 10 weeks! Not forgetting exercise but it is 85% diet! And its not about being skinny either!! My weight loss began around 10 weeks ago and in that time Nina has helped me to lose 18 lbs. The initial weight was quick to come off and although the loss has slowed, it is still consistently coming off. Despite the last couple of weeks being basically a write off for dieters I have managed to not put back on more then 2 pounds which is coming off again already. The beauty of this life style change method is that I havent felt like I am on a diet, Im not starving myself and I am still eating food that I enjoy. My usual day involves eating some fruit at about 8:30 once I arrive at work and snacking on veg (carrot, celery, red pepper etc) or nuts (unsalted nuts such as cashews are usually what I go for) throughout the morning, as well as the afternoon, means that I dont feel hungry, knowing the right amount of carbs and protein to have with each meal is the key to this diet change and Nina has made that all clear to follow easily, in a very supportive way. I do have a sweet tooth and so fruit tea is what I go for as a hot drink throughout the day and I drink plenty of water. Lunch is easiest to prepare the night before. Its so important to prepare your food and getting into a routine, its not confusing its simple! Youre evening meal follows the same lines as your lunch, you can have a salad instead of stir fry to stop things getting boring. Having the meal earlier rather than later in the evening means you will have time to digest rather than going to sleep and having your metabolism slow down so soon after a meal. In short I have managed to lose 18 lbs in just over 2 months, the weight is staying off, I feel better and dont feel hungry throughout the day. I am still eating properly and am only cutting out highly processed foods such as bread and sugars. I can still have a cheat day once a week and have some chocolate or a pasta based meal without feeling the effects drastically afterwards. Nina has been supporting me throughout the whole process and has been on hand to confirm whether something falls under the good category or whether i need to count it as a treat. She has helped me to realise that fat is NOT the enemy and eating fat is fine in the right quantities, what is the enemy is sugar, it’s not a natural substance in most instances and is added to a lot of processed foods. Eating sugar can become a habit and once you have broken that habit it is much easier to avoid consuming the stuff! Having someone to discuss things with has been so helpful and discussing weight loss progress has helped to keep me motivated. Once you are in to the habit or preparation and you have found the right meals and snacks for you then its a simple plan to follow. There is a lot more to this plan its just about educating yourself when it comes to food and the habits you form with nutrition and diet. Have fun and good luck Vici
