Ok ok ok let me just make an announcement! LCGH just switched over to a new system. This has caused MUCH CHAOS and many things including lab, radiology and med orders to drop & not roll over from old to new system! So, please dont think its me when things go astray. Trust me youre not half as frustrated as I! It will get better they tell us however so please have patience! I also want to thank my patients for being so understanding since Im only 1 person, w a large still growing practice that is now working in an office up in the air d/t this system. Oh & if youre upset that my lines r busy frequently & I cant accommodate everyone all the time at their convenience... Shouldnt u be more upset & concerned if it were just the opposite? Just a thought...
