Ok...one last thought for the night before I head off to the land of nod. Ive recently switched to an all organic shampoo and conditioner that I love, but I was curious about whether or not it would adversely affect any chemically induced hairstyles that I might do now or in the future. So I sent off an email yesterday to the contact email on their website, and I received a response today. I have to say that it was a bit of a shock for the email to come back directly from their VP. I was so shocked I actually looked him up. VPs can be a dime a dozen in some corporations these days, and, as it turns out, he is the VP. In fact, hes one of the 2 guys that started the company. Now, THATs what I call customer service....especially when I, like so many others, are conditioned to receive generalized form letters in the least and scripted emails from faceless customer service reps at the most. A nice change of pace that one of the big guys still participates in the actual customer service....its kind of refreshing actually.
