Ok people, I am seriously not a good cook. But I am a chemist at heart. Cooking is nearly always about control of temperature, denaturization of proteins, surface Maillard reactions etc. Plus I have technology in my side, I can follow instructions and I have plenty of common sense. So I nearly always get good results. But I am not creative nor will I ever be a chef. I am just happy to try new (or old) recipes, modify it to suit my tastebuds and eat it all.
