Ok peops. Last nite our power and cable were out for quite a long time and still today we have no sound on channel 2..I call comcast and left on hold for quite sometime then was disconnected..I call and finally get a live person who barely speaks English..I am so aggravated he wants me to give him serial number and unplug cables wth all we need is the boxes to reboot..he keeps ssying well umm well umm its like this..what the hell happened to customer service..I asked him his name.lmao and then where hes located..Mexico city are u kidding me..so we use people from foreign countries who barely speak English to help us here in the UNITED STATES..wow very sad and Comcast u r dumb asses to farm our jobs out to foreign countries and people so Illiterate who cannot even help us..still not fixed And sending tech out.tomorrow..wow... im done with my rant and done with comcast
