Ok photos later but we manage to solve all the problems we had with the time portal yesterday. Done the spiders web for the lights, put back most of the reverse side (but need to add bits on, and do some tidy ups) Figured a way of fixing all the ripples. Essentially fibreglass, if its thin enough is a material, like a piece of material if its too uneven or has creases you either cut it, or iron it out. Here we cut and patch up, once cut it can stretch back into shape once you add bits into it etc, that is beauty of working with it, its forgiving and can manipulated. So its just time, it has put is 3 days behind schedule. But now on target for painting Tuesday.
