Ok point number 2 training tips for beginners and thoses trying figure out a plan! After you have started walking as we talked last time , going a mile w weights 2# while ur walking. Move up to 2 miles. Pacing faster!try adding again different arm movements , above the head circles and be creative. You may want to change up , go to biking one day, walk the next day. Keeping things changed up. Confusing the body with workouts!! Watch diet : high proteins lower fats, veggies an fruits! You can have ice cream , go to lite or yogurt! All things in moderation! Good luck! Weigh ur self, measure waist ,,butt arms , thigh abds and stomach! Keep up with food diary and measurements. Helps keep u focused. Remember need help message me.
