Ok so I dont normally do food posts; unless a potato explodes in my clean oven, or cheese sauce spills in a visually interesting way on my black iron pot... This morning Chantelle Kristy Gerrard posted a picture of Pizza Burgers. Upon Googling it became clear that despite being a great idea, mass production did the concept no favours. So. It was Boxing Day and I had no important plans. I had everything I needed right here, we are a farmy little place in a way so I came up with organic pizza burgers using for the most part produce from right here.
