Ok so I feel like we might have to start pushing a little bit. I think we should start making consistent phone calls to the prosecutors office starting Monday. Lets show them that we arent going to allow them to try and out wait us. There is no reason why this case hasnt finished up there investigation yet. What could they possibly waiting on. WE KNOW THE PERSON ADMITTED TO KILLING HIS DOG AND WE KNOW TOMS RIVER NEGLECTED TO DO THERE JOB. IF THEY ARE TRYING TO FIGURE A WAY OUT SO ALL PARTIES DONT GET GROSSLY AFFECTED THEN WE WONT ALLOW IT TO HAPPEN. WE WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THE CORRECT PROSECUTION AND CHARGES FOR MISCONDUCT ARE ISSUED TO THE PEOPLE WHO ALLOWED THIS TO HAPPEN. IF BOTH PARTIES WALK AWAY WITH A SLAP ON THE WRIST THEY BETTER BE READY FOR A FIGHT. PLEASE IF WE FLOOD THE PHONES AT THE PROSECUTORS OFFICE THEY MIGHT REALIZE THAT WE WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS DELAY IN JUDGEMENT.
