Ok, so I have a question for everyone here. I moved into this place one the first of June, the land lord is rude refuses to let me spray for bugs my tub leaks my sink leaks she wont change my fridge out for a new one even though there is black mold in the vent trap of my fridge the lease says I can have one pet and she is saying it has to be pretrained meaning no puppy she told me I was over on my electric bill today my cap is 50 dollars and she gave me this piece of paper today (not an official bill) and said I have 24 hours to pay it or face eviction??? Im pretty sure that none of this is ok she has been very rude to me tried to tell me who I can and cant have over comes into my house when she wants if Im home or not threatens to turn off my power if I get into an argument with her. When I signed the lease it said 625 a month 50 dollar cap for electric 45 for gas and the overages would be paid the first of the month. To top everything off she will not even give me a copy of the lease I signed she only gave me a blank lease so I could read the rules. Is there anything I can do? I dont have anywhere else to go thats in my price range....
