Ok so I have googled and read a couple answers.... anyone out there VERY familiar with renters laws? In what time frame is it required a landlord return your deposit to you? I was under the impression a landlord had to do an inspection at the time the tennants vacated and handed the keys over, making a list of any and all damages right then and there...correct? Then if so how Long to asses the cost of damages if there are any? Then how long to return remaining deposit? Or if no damages are found how Long do they have to return the entire deposit?
