Ok so I have started the healing and have been told to now write down this so here goes....I have a group of beings...maybe the galactic council?? they are overseeing the changes that mother earth is transitioning through....they are wanting the lightworkers to know that they are doing lots of extra work at the moment holding the light...the last few months maybe to 6 months we have been getting used to our bodies being able to hold more light and anchor that light here on the planet...this is what is needed at this time...as the light increases the shadows get darker and more and more people are becoming aware of their own darkness...we are needed to help transmute this darkness, to anchor the light for those needing it. This is causing many of you to feel very drained and wanting to be very still but agitated on the inside..you are feeling the collective agaitation at more light entering the earth. Remember this all happens in waves and with each wave at its peak you feel the build up and the peak and then it dies down as the wave does....and then another wave happens. we want you to know that all the planets and the heavens above you all work together and are connected..just as you all are...this is why this is happening at this time. We advise that you be gentle with your energy. move slowly through your lives. keep your own energy clean and clear..remember you are channeling all the light through your bodies, eat clean and sleep as much as you can. For those not sleeping try writing or moving your body slowly to move the energy through easily. know that all this shall pass. There are many more people waking up everyday..more people allowing more light into their bodies and souls. some are coming to this through food, some through illness, some through life changing events, some through disaster, some through lack of money, some through loss, some through education and some are being born into it :) we think this is a great time on your planet, very exciting...we can say that as we are able to hold the amount of light that your planet is building up to easily within us and so we do not experience the growing pains that you are all feeling. Please drink plenty more water and ground your energy, your thoughts and attention into the earth. When you connect with her you will find that it is easier for you to go through the growing pains as she is already moving through this transition with less resistance than you humans are and is able to hold more light than you at this time...as you ground into the earth you shift with her much easier..you see this with people becoming more aware of her and wanting to grow and garden more. This is a natural calling, your DNA, your cells, your body knows that this will bring you relief, like a child that needs a mothers arms. Thank you for allowing us to speak...we will go now..... ok so now I will finish the healing...I will do lots of clearing and then grounding and centering ;) xxxxxxx
