Ok so I have to be honest, Yesterday was the testament of my self-control. I had a very bad and stressful day and so easily could have gone for the JUNK food and feel better but then I was thinking and fighting with myself and said, I have come to far to let this ruin it... Although I did not workout I chose to make good eating decisions and felt good about it. Tonight however I am doing a double workout because I WANT TO!!!! Exercise helps me not only to be fit/healthy but to release my stress and feel GREAT about MYSELF!!! What is your go to stress reliever?? DO you cave in and indulge in FOOD or make better alternatives? Like and comment below!
