Ok...so I just finished making one of those dinner recipes where it looks like it should be a cake walk...until you start making it. Then, you realize it is WAY involved and takes WAY too long! So, you decide halfway though that you wont be making it very often because it is too much of a pain. Then, you serve it for dinner...and what happens?! The children take THIRDS! Then...you are like....blasted! Im going to have to make this one more often than I would like! It has fabulous veggies and protein in it and the children cant get enough. GAH! Blast you...crazy involved recipe!
