Ok so I just looked into the target gift card scam. Please stop spreading this. It appears to be a phishing scam. As you are aware target credit card info had a security breach a while back. This is a great way for thiefs to get missing info they may need from you to use your legit credit card or make purchases online. I predict their will be lots of winners. You will receive an email or maybe a phoine call declaring your card is ready to be sent but they need to activate the card with a password or pin or need your mothers maiden name. DONT FALL INTO A TRAP ! CALL TARGET ASK THEM IF THEY ARE SENDING OUT 200 DOLLAR gift cards through facebook
